Loralee was born and raised in Southern California, skateboarding the dusty asphalt of the Inland Empire, snowboarding the slopes of Big Bear, and basking on the beaches of Orange County. She gravitated towards the arts since junior high and solidified her passion by taking on a formal foundation in fine arts at University of California, Irvine, earning her Bachelor's degree in Studio Art with a Minor in Digital Art.  Gearing up for a specialization in industrial design, Loralee furthered her technical education through evening courses at a community college and ArtCenter College of Design, and also obtained a graphics and packaging design apprenticeship for a media storage manufacturer which landed her first commercial designs on the shelves of Walmart. Shortly after graduation she secured a full-time position as a product developer for a licensed toy manufacturer. For the next 5 years in the corporate world, she worked with entertainment industry leaders such as Disney, Mattel, Hasbro, FOX, Sanrio and Universal. Loralee found her hand in all aspects of design -- from toy concepting to manufacturing, packaging, and marketing. After hours, she found herself dabbling in logos and branding projects on the side.

Then she found love! She married Dan, a United States Marine, and her career took an unpredictable, yet exciting, new course. She was swept out from behind the cozy Newport Beach cubicle onto the adventures as a military wife. Amidst constant relocations across the country and the globe, and adjusting to the challenge of deployments as their family grew, she discovered a newfound joy in customizing children’s parties and styling delectable dessert tables to every last detail. Custom wedding stationery and event design was added to her repertoire, and eventually her freelancing grew to providing all types of graphic services to those who sought help.

In every season of life, Loralee has always held a passion to connect people together through high quality, innovative, and delightful design. Her focus is on providing B2B design solutions and branding services to entrepreneurs, non-profits, schools, and small businesses across the nation. Currently residing in the DMV, she juggles her role as part-time Director of Communications for a church with maintaining freelance clients on the side. She also volunteers her marketing and design expertise to support local military spouse organizations. Furthermore, being inspired by her daughters' competitive travel soccer careers has led her to explore sports photography and videography through her latest side-venture, Viva Media. Loralee's creative prowess, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to fostering meaningful connections shine through her diverse design and communication endeavors.
